Generation of reports and assistance in resolving customer issues **Description:** We are seeking an Electronics Technician in Pinhais/PR to join a renowned Energy Solutions company, focusing on UPS system projects and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: \- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on UPS systems, identifying faults and ensuring technical compliance;\- Test and prepare new UPS systems for shipment, including component assembly and mounting;\- Conduct commissioning of UPS systems and inverters, including electrical verification and functional testing;\- Provide technical support for photovoltaic kit maintenance, including repairs and monitoring;\- Generate technical reports and assist customers in resolving issues;\- Adhere to internal standards, ensure organization and confidentiality of information;\- Perform other duties related to the position. Requirements: · Technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Mechatronics\n· Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and electronic maintenance of machinery and equipment.\n· Knowledge of electrical schematic analysis, soldering and rework, electronic components, measuring instruments, and basic electricity concepts.\n· Microsoft Office (basic);\n· Basic technical English proficiency for interpreting manuals and specifications;\n· Clear communication, organization, commitment, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills;\n· Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously;\n· Driver's license Category B and availability for travel and overtime as required by the company.
