Job Summary: A professional responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting materials; hospital facility maintenance; construction of new wings; and performing various tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Works on the construction of new wings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Load, unload, and transport materials manually or using hand carts and/or hand tools to enable the use or removal of such materials. * Perform building maintenance in hospital environments and work on the construction of new wings. * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar to facilitate foundation work, installation of water or electrical conduits or piping, or similar construction activities. * Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and organizing them according to instructions. * Ensure the preservation of work sites where services are being performed. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.
