Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Assistant to perform general repairs in hydraulics, electricity, and building maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of facilities. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been seeking! \*Responsibilities:\* Basic hydraulic and electrical maintenance. Repairs of gates, water tanks, motors, and installations. Execution of minor repairs and painting tasks. Ensuring equipment and facility preservation. \*Requirements:\* Experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electricity. Skills in repairs and painting. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). \*We Offer:\* \*Fixed Salary:\* R$ 1\.730,00 \*Meal Allowance:\* R$ 17,30/day \*Transportation Allowance:\* R$ 12,00/day \*Attendance Bonus:\* R$ 114,00 (after 30 days) \*Work Schedule:\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; working hours to be agreed upon with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year.
