Lead and supervise processes, ensuring compliance with procedures. **About DHL** --------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Coordinate a team and operations activities, perform departmental administrative tasks, prepare and analyze reports, and assess safety conditions for personnel and equipment involved. Adhere to safety and quality standards, ensuring excellence and quality throughout the entire logistics supply chain. **Job Description** --------------------- * Monitor receiving, labeling, volumetric measurement, returns, discrepancies, CX One, and pallet building processes, ensuring targets are met to fulfill agreed service levels with customers; * Ensure compliance with safety concepts and regulations **(HSE)**; * Manage HR data via the Electronic System; * Perform administrative tasks for the subordinate team; * Assign tasks to assistants, operators, verifiers, task assistants, and analysts; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and order; * Conduct safety briefings; * Lead the team and supervise areas, verifying that customer/DHL operational system procedures and processes are followed; * Monitor material movement flow, correcting and guiding employees in cases of uncertainty or non-conforming behavior; * Monitor area KPIs; * Schedule training sessions; * Report accidents and incidents per the safety procedure; * Manage workloads according to priorities; * Update internal communications, consolidating, disseminating information and guidance to ensure awareness by all and continuous process improvement; * Ensure adequate supply of departmental consumables, verifying replenishment needs to prevent unplanned stoppages; * Participate in internal audits by organizing documents, making them available, and accompanying auditors upon request to meet internal and customer requirements; * Use PPE, following occupational safety guidelines to ensure personal and collective integrity; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, removing waste generated during cargo handling to support corporate quality programs; * Follow operational procedures and comply with HSE, Quality, Radar Program, and DHL Supply Chain Code of Conduct standards. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Prior experience in logistics required. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Connecting people, improving lives.** Become a DHL professional and experience the essentials of your daily life through our top-tier benefits—we prioritize your safety, health, and that of your family.
