Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with general HR requests. This is a full-time, permanent CLT position, requiring on-site work at our headquarters in São José dos Pinhais, PR. **Qualifications** * **HR Management and Operations:** Experience in HR-related administrative tasks and routine HR support activities. * Note: Candidates with or without prior experience in this field will be considered. * **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interactions and mediate information between employees and teams. * A degree or coursework in administration, psychology, or human resource management is considered an advantage.
