Job Summary: The professional will provide Level 1 support for firewall, antivirus, collaboration, and cloud technologies, resolve technical issues, and log user tickets. Key Highlights: 1. Here, we value people, encourage continuous development, and collectively build the future of technology. **Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 support for Firewall (Check Point and Fortinet), Antivirus, Collaboration (MS365 and GWS), Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS, and GCP), and Adobe; * Receive and escalate tickets to higher support levels or vendors; * Prepare technical reports; * Apply security updates to Windows and Linux operating systems; * Handle and log user tickets via phone, e\-mail, or ticketing system. The professional must attentively listen to user requests and issues and provide solutions or forward tickets to the responsible team; * Resolve basic technical issues, such as network connectivity problems, printer configuration, software installation, etc.; * Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and common applications is required; Provide basic guidance and training to users to ensure proper use of systems and equipment. **Specific Knowledge Requirements:** Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Collaboration (MS365 and GWS), Infrastructure (Linux and Windows), and basic networking concepts. **Preferred Certifications:** AZ-104; MS\-102; AZ\-900; MS\-900; SC\-900\. **Field of Study:** IT, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), or related fields.
