In this role, you will directly **manage the external sales team (PAP)**, monitor performance metrics, guide commercial strategies, and ensure negotiation quality and customer relationship management in door-to-door, root-level interactions. Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the **external sales team (PAP)** * Define strategies and **monitor sales targets and KPIs** * Support the team in **negotiations and closing sales** * Conduct field visits and **guide sales representatives on routes and commercial activities** * Identify market opportunities and **propose improvements to sales strategies** * Ensure **organization of team performance data and reporting** * Contribute to the **development and motivation of the commercial team** Requirements * Valid driver's license (mandatory) * Experience managing PAP teams in the telecommunications sector * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **targets, KPIs, and performance management** * Experience in **training or developing commercial teams** * Knowledge of the **telecommunications or services sector** Why is this position important?
