Support continuous improvement in maintenance processes We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, with a focus on **packaging and extrusion machines**, ensuring full operational functionality, safety, and continuity of production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines; * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failures; * Carry out adjustments, repairs, component replacements, and equipment calibrations; * Monitor machine operation to ensure performance and quality; * Record performed maintenance activities and technical incidents; * Comply with safety, quality standards, and internal procedures; * Support continuous improvement in maintenance processes. **Requirements:** * **Technical certification required** in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields; * Experience in machine maintenance; * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance; * Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals; * Organized, proactive, and responsible. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 320.00 * Attendance bonus: BRL 200.00 * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * On-site meals; * Dedicated parking; * Pharmacy benefit plan. **Starting salary:** BRL 3\.000,00 **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:18 **Residence requirement:** Colombo or nearby areas.
