Opportunity to improve processes, quality, and productivity **Job Opening: Toolmaker** **Summary of Responsibilities:** A professional responsible for the **assembly, maintenance, construction, and adjustment of production tools and fixtures**, with autonomy to perform medium- and high-complexity tasks. Must operate conventional machines, perform machining operations and heat treatments, and ensure part conformity according to technical instructions and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production tools and fixtures, including systems with electrical safety switches. * Develop and construct complex tools; diagnose and correct failures. * Operate and adjust conventional machine tools, performing machining operations and testing pilot parts. * Monitor production process parameters; complete production documentation and records. * Perform heat treatment of parts (using torch or furnace); package and store produced parts. * Strictly comply with safety, quality (ISO), environmental, and company ethics standards. * Support colleagues and operators during training, contributing to smooth departmental operations. * Propose improvements to processes, quality, and productivity. * Demonstrate responsibility regarding deadlines, quality, and communication with other departments.
