Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and proactive professional to plan, record, and edit videos with a focus on engagement and sales, adapting content for various platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Plan, record, and edit videos (end-to-end) 2. Create scripts focused on engagement and sales 3. Produce content for Reels, YouTube, and ads **Responsibilities:** * Plan, record, and edit videos (end\-to\-end) * Create scripts focused on engagement and sales * Produce content for Reels, YouTube, and ads * Edit dynamic videos (fast cuts, captions, effects, motion) * Adapt content for different platforms * Suggest ideas and track trends * Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams **Requirements:** * Proficiency in video editing * Basic knowledge of video capture (lighting, audio, framing) * Experience producing videos for social media * Knowledge of storytelling * Agility and ability to produce high volumes of content * Portfolio required **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience creating viral content or ad-focused creative content * Basic copywriting skills (scripts focused on sales) * Motion design * Experience in digital marketing **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactive, creative, and agile * Organized and results-oriented * Strong communication skills and openness to feedback **Employment Model and Compensation:** * PJ (individual contractor) model * Compensation to be negotiated Payment: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
