We deliver high-impact projects, always focused on value creation, technical excellence, and close collaboration with clients. **About the Position** We are seeking Mid and Senior Data Engineers to work on consulting projects, focusing on building scalable platforms and pipelines, designing data ingestion and processing architectures, and directly supporting data democratization for strategic clients. We seek candidates with strong technical foundations, hands-on experience with modern tools, and the ability to operate autonomously in complex environments. **Responsibilities** * Develop data pipelines for scalable ingestion, transformation, and delivery; * Work with modern architectures such as Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Medallion; * Ensure data quality, traceability, versioning, and safe reprocessing; * Support the development of observable environments and DataOps practices; * Implement solutions focused on performance, governance, and security; * Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and data analysts to enable efficient integrations; * Participate in technical discussions with clients and recommend best practices. **Required Qualifications**: * Solid data engineering experience in complex projects (level commensurate with seniority); * Proficiency in SQL and practical experience in data transformation and integration; * Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation; * Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools or equivalent Microsoft Fabric platform tools: * + Azure Data Factory + Azure Synapse Analytics + Azure Data Lake + Azure SQL / SQL Server + Power BI (dataset integration and modeling) * Experience with data orchestration, versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring; * Understanding of data modeling best practices (relational and analytical); * Experience with cloud environments (Azure); * Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and deployment automation. **Desirable Qualifications**: * Experience with tools such as dbt, Airflow, Dagster; * Experience with Data Platforms, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.; * Microsoft certifications (DP-203, DP-700, etc.); * Experience with AI, MLOps, or advanced Analytics projects. **What We Offer** * Challenging projects with major enterprises across diverse industries; * An experienced, collaborative technical team with the freedom to propose solutions; * Opportunity to work with leading Microsoft tools and emerging technologies; * An environment that values continuous learning and technical autonomy; * Access to certification programs, training, and technical communities.
