If you’re driven by technical challenges, continuous learning, and enjoy working alongside people who truly understand data, this could be your place. **?** **About the Position** We are looking for **Senior and Principal Data Engineers** to work on **strategic consulting projects**, supporting clients in building **modern data platforms**, scalable data pipelines, and robust, secure, and governable environments. You will join a team that operates with **autonomy, deep technical expertise, and collaboration**, tackling complex scenarios and cutting-edge technologies. **?** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery at scale; * Work with modern architectures such as **Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Medallion**; * Ensure data quality, traceability, versioning, and secure reprocessing; * Support implementation of **DataOps**, monitoring, and observability practices; * Build solutions focused on **performance, governance, and security**; * Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and data analysts; * Participate in technical discussions with clients, recommending best practices and efficient solutions. **✅** **Required Qualifications** * Experience with **ETL/ELT** for data extraction, transformation, and loading; * Experience with data architectures in **cloud and on-premise** environments (Azure and/or Google Cloud); * Monitoring and optimization of data pipelines; * Strategies for **data quality, validation, and integrity**; * Implementation of **Data Lakes and Data Warehouses**; * Process automation using **Python and SQL**; * Knowledge of: * + Advanced Python and SQL + Relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) + Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric, or similar tools + Version control with Git + Concepts of **DataOps and Data Governance** * Clear and structured technical documentation. * **Nice-to-Have (Desirable)** * Experience with **dbt, Airflow, Dagster**; * Hands-on experience with platforms such as **Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery**; * Microsoft certifications (DP-203, DP-700, among others); * Experience in **AI, MLOps, or advanced Analytics** projects. **?** **What We Offer** * Challenging projects with **major companies across diverse industries**; * An experienced, collaborative, and open-minded technical team; * Freedom to propose solutions and grow technically; * Direct exposure to **Microsoft technologies and emerging solutions**; * Continuous learning support, including **certification programs, training, and technical communities**.
