Production Assistant Requirements: Experience in production lines, preferably in the metallurgical industry. High school diploma. Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime when necessary. Basic knowledge of measurements, weighing, and packaging. Physical fitness for manual labor and handling loads. Commitment to Occupational Safety Standards (NRs). Ability to adapt to diverse tasks. Responsibilities: Sorting parts, assembling kits, packaging, and warehousing. Operating drills, presses, and threaders. Organizing and cleaning the workplace. Supplying the production line. Ensuring part quality through visual inspection and reporting possible deviations to supervisors.
