We are seeking a professional to analyze processes, routines, work organization, and operational controls in order to identify opportunities to improve productivity and work efficiency. Monitor the control of services performed and the maintenance of machine installations, aiming to expand and enhance equipment productivity capacity, supporting work procedures for corrective/preventive maintenance and making necessary changes and adaptations. Prepare technical reports on service levels to identify improvement opportunities and cost reduction. Develop master documentation lists, control revisions, and develop forms for work instructions, dimensional and statistical controls. Identify internal and external technical and operational information sources—including them in procedures and instructions—receive and record internal and external nonconformities and customer complaints, convene and conduct nonconformity resolution meetings, provide quality support and training to all personnel involved in the production process, and manage measuring instruments. Preferably a degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
