Data analysis and dashboard creation in Power BI Job Objective To be responsible for building and scaling the company’s freight performance, operating hands-on and commercially in carrier negotiations, logistics KPI management, and Power BI intelligence creation. The focus is on generating efficiency, reducing costs, improving SLA, and transforming data into rapid decisions that directly impact business growth. Main Responsibilities * Managing commercial relationships with carriers. * Negotiating rates, delivery timelines, contracts, and service level agreements (SLA). * Monitoring carrier performance (On-Time In-Full, damages, delays, costs). * Controlling and analyzing logistics KPIs. * Creating and maintaining dashboards in Power BI. * Analyzing freight billing discrepancies. * Proactively identifying cost reduction opportunities. * Monitoring cubic volume, actual vs. charged weight, and freight rules. * Providing strategic support to operations, finance, and commercial teams. * Proposing continuous improvements to logistics processes. Requirements * Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight management. * Strong commercial profile, with negotiation and partner relationship skills. * Practical experience negotiating with carriers (rates, contracts, SLA). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate/advanced Power BI proficiency. * Analytical capability with clear understanding of cost and margin. * Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and focus on continuous improvement. * Organization, autonomy, and clear communication. * Experience with TMS (e.g., Intelipost, Frete Rápido). * Knowledge of cubic volume calculation, volumetric weight, and transportation rules. * Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces. * Ability to go beyond operational tasks, seeking solutions, opportunities, and optimizations.
