Opportunity to plan and conduct internal training We are looking for a strategic, creative, and human-development-oriented professional to work in the Human and Organizational Development area, contributing to the evolution of corporate culture, performance, and employee engagement. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in Training and Development * Experience in performance evaluation and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) * Knowledge of organizational climate and engagement initiatives * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision **Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership; * Plan, organize, and conduct internal training sessions; * Develop and monitor development programs and IDPs; * Support and manage performance evaluation and experience cycles; * Implement organizational climate and engagement initiatives; * Support onboarding and integration programs; * Lead internal marketing, health, and wellness initiatives; * Create and monitor departmental KPIs; * Support leadership in team development; * Perform other duties inherent to the department. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00 **Salary:** * Salary expectation (to be negotiated) **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Day Off * Education Assistance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education assistance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
