OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR

Description

Control production, supply and distribute meals during your shift, monitor the number of meals produced, guarantee the supply of necessary products, and assist with the unit's administrative tasks. Main responsibilities: 1\. Coordinate all kitchen activities related to pre\-preparation, preparation, and distribution of meals; 2\. Train subordinates technically and behaviorally; 3\. Assign tasks; 4\. Taste and approve preparations, ensuring proper dish presentation; 5\. Monitor employees' personal appearance and hygiene; 6\. Monitor the number of meals produced and distributed; 7\. Maintain organization and cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and utensils; 8\. Ensure supply of products required for operational activities; 9\. Provide data for administrative closing; 10\. Assist with branch administrative services; 11\. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety processes; 12\. Perform related tasks; 13\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and implement standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
