




**Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled (technical or bachelor’s degree in related fields—Administration, Service Management, Hospitality, or similar—is desirable). Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervision or team leadership role for cleaning teams is a plus. **Specific Knowledge:** Team management of over 100 employees; Basic occupational safety knowledge; Advanced Office suite proficiency (for reporting and controls). Driver’s License: Category B (mandatory)—availability for travel. Availability: Flexible working hours and occasional shifts. Knowledge of **planning, control, and monitoring of activities**, including creating schedules, reports, and performance indicators; operational data; assessment of material, labor, and equipment needs. Management of indicators (KPIs). Basic HR knowledge: Timekeeping closure, benefits administration, vacation planning, control of administrative measures, team development training, feedback. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and strong communication skills.
