Access control and customer guidance **Position: Security Guard** **Job Description** The position is responsible for security and access control at designated locations, providing courteous service to customers, visitors, and staff, with emphasis on raising awareness regarding compliance with laws, regulations, procedures, and condominium bylaws; reporting incidents and/or taking stricter measures when third parties are placed at risk, thereby contributing to the perception of well-being and safety in common areas for all property users. **Main Responsibilities:** * + Control access to the shopping center, guiding customers regarding inquiries and information. + Sanitary control at shopping center entrances. + Guide the use of protective face masks. + Ensure the safety of customers and shop owners. + Carry a communication radio for exchanging information and reporting observations. + Activate escalators. + Open and close doors and gates. + Conduct patrols according to the established route, inspecting pre-determined areas. + Report any incidents to the operations center. + Prevent accidents by observing and acting upon situations that may lead to incidents. + Prevent thefts and robberies within the shopping center premises. + Monitor and safeguard the shopping center’s movable and immovable assets. + Prohibit animals in the food court, politely addressing customers in case of violation of this rule. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Valid Security Guard certification / up-to-date refresher course **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or meal voucher; * Transportation allowance or parking; * Health insurance; * Viva Bem AJ program; * Life insurance; * Annual bonus.
