We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team and contribute to the continuous growth of our organization. **Responsibilities of the Production Assistant:** Assist in assembling components into aluminum windows and doors Prepare parts for assembly (preparation of gaskets and sealing tapes); Occasionally operate screwdrivers, drills, grinders, rivet guns, and manual tools; Perform glass installation; Assist in loading and unloading products when necessary; Keep the work area and assembly benches clean and organized; Follow quality and workplace safety standards; Suggest new assembly methods to improve efficiency; **Desired Requirements:** High school diploma (preferred) Experience in window/door or woodworking assembly (a plus) Ability to read and interpret drawings (preferred) **Working Hours:** Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
