Main Responsibilities * Serve customers at the counter, providing product information and assisting with selections; * Slice, weigh, package, label, and organize products for sale; * Restock and organize counters, display cases, and sales areas, ensuring timely product replenishment; * Receive and record orders, accurately relaying information to production; * Assist in preparing cold cuts, fruit salads, sandwiches, and other departmental products; * Support bakery production by assisting in dough preparation, shaping, fillings, toppings, and other products; * Assist in fermentation, baking, frying, cooling, and final product finishing processes; * Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes and company standards; * Package, identify, and store products correctly; * Support organization of raw material and packaging inventory; * Perform cleaning and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and utensils; * Comply with company-established standards for quality, hygiene, food safety, and organization. Requirements * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 3 months of experience in bakery production, food production, or public-facing roles; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Fundamental understanding of baking processes such as fermentation, baking, and frying; * Ability to work standing and perform tasks requiring constant movement.
