




* Communicate to managers any difficulties, needs, decisions made or ideas for improvement; * Attend patients in a humane manner, enabling precise and personalized dialogue, making the customer value the assistance provided; * Efficiently present the necessary knowledge to continue service when transitioning from machine to human; \- Ensure that service processes are carried out efficiently and reliably, providing all required information such as bringing documentation, medical request, insurance card, and giving instructions for exam procedures; * External collections: register patient along with exams, check collector availability and schedule appointments; \- Schedule external and internal collections; * Send budget quotes as requested by the customer; * Achieve department goals; * Monitor budgets and follow up on them attempting to close the sale; * Provide support on digital platforms including: SZ.chat, Facebook, Instagram, E\-mail, Website and Google.
