We are looking for a **Refrigeration Technician** to join our maintenance team, contributing to the proper operation of the company’s air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring suitable conditions for our operations and the quality of our processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Diagnose failures and carry out repairs on equipment. * Install and adjust air conditioning equipment. * Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure efficiency. * Complete technical maintenance reports. * Follow safety regulations and good practices applicable to industrial and pharmaceutical environments. * Availability for travel within the state of SC **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or vocational course in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning. * Prior experience in the role. * Knowledge of air conditioning systems (Split, VRF, etc.). * Basic knowledge of electrical systems. * NR10 and NR35 certifications are desirable. * Availability for emergency response (if necessary). * **Preferred \- Chiller knowledge** **Additional Information** Benefits Meal Allowance or Food Voucher of R$ 30.00 per day (no 20% deduction); Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher (no 6% deduction); Unimed Health Plan (monthly fee covered by the company); Uniodonto Dental Plan with no monthly fee deduction; Merit Bonus; Gympass (Wellhub); Monthly multivitamin kit; Essential Nutrition products available in the cafeterias; Life Insurance; 50% discount on our products; Discount network at stores and restaurants; Year-end gift; Meditation/Rest room; Health Promotion Program offering medical, pediatric, and psychological care; Be Generous Project \- supplementation for female employees during pregnancy; Partnerships with universities, language schools, and early childhood education institutions; Education Assistance Scholarship covering up to 50% of course tuition; Free parking.
