Job Description: * Prepare dough for cakes, breads, pies and desserts according to sector manual instructions, recipes and requests from production manager and team leader; * Roll dough through cylinder to achieve required shape and texture; * Prepare bases for cake and bread toppings according to sector manual instructions; * Prepare and deliver requested products to stores (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to product code; * Send products to respective cold chambers for storage; * Place daily orders for supplies; * Remove products from cold chambers for proper preparation; * Label products according to internal code for sales area and company requirements; * Record daily the quantity of leftover non-reusable goods; * Check whether products are properly labeled (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date and composition); * Package products (cakes, pies, sweets and breads) according to manual instructions, recipes and production manager's requests; * Organize products into designated carts and boxes; * Deliver carts and boxes to distribution department; * Dispose non-reusable goods in designated trash; * Clean workbenches and workplace; * Keep work environment organized and clean; * Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations; * Report to team leadership any need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical and hydraulic systems; * Participate in the company's mentoring program by training, teaching and transferring company activities and rules to new employees; * Clock in daily, adhering to working hours.
