We serve leading forklift distributors, parts resellers, specialized workshops, and engine rebuilding shops within the material handling segment, always focusing on quality and efficiency. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for internal sales of forklift parts, serving customers via phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities: * Serve and prospect customers via phone, e-mail, and other communication channels; * Conduct consultative sales by understanding customer needs and offering the best solutions; * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; * Stay updated on product technical specifications and market trends.
