We are looking for a professional to join our team as an HR ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR. RESPONSIBILITIES Team and Demand Management; **Payroll and Social Charges:** Supervise payroll preparation, closing, and verification, including the 13th salary and social charge contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); **Legal Compliance (Compliance):** Ensure strict adherence to labor and social security legislation, as well as collective bargaining agreements; **HR Administrative Procedures:** Coordinate hiring, onboarding, vacation, leave, and contract termination processes; **KPI Monitoring:** Track turnover, absenteeism, and overtime hours, presenting reports and actionable solutions to management; **Benefits Management:** Oversee the granting and administration of benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, and others **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** **Inspirational Leadership:** Ability to resolve internal conflicts, motivate analyst teams, and develop new talent within the department. **Emotional Intelligence:** HR deals with sensitive situations (terminations, payroll errors, health-related issues). The coordinator must remain calm and empathetic under pressure. **Business Acumen:** Understand how personnel costs impact company profitability and propose resource optimization strategies. **Assertive Communication:** Ability to translate legal jargon and technical complexity into clear language for employees and executive leadership. **Organization and Prioritization:** This department operates under strict deadlines. The ability to organize workflow to prevent delays is essential. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed Bachelor’s degree; **Proficiency in Labor Legislation and eSocial:** In-depth knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), Regulatory Norms (NRs), and all phases of eSocial implementation to avoid fines and liabilities; **Compensation and Benefits Perspective:** Ability not only to manage payroll but also to analyze the competitiveness of benefit packages and job-grade/salary structures; KPI Management; **Labor Compliance:** Skill to audit internal processes and ensure company adherence to collective bargaining agreements and union accords; Relevant experience in this role; **Applied Technology:** Familiarity with ERP systems and HR automation tools. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **LOCATION:** Nossa Senhora Do Rosário / SJ **BENEFITS:** **Salary:** R$ 3\.883,18 \+ 40% Bonus Meal allowance of R$ 47.50 per day (with 20% deduction) Transportation allowance (6% deduction); 7% attendance bonus (no absences) After the 90-day probation period, you may access partnerships with educational institutions, health insurance, and dental plans If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
