If you enjoy challenges, join our successful team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate and handle mechanical machines or CNC-controlled equipment according to assignment and technical capability; * Execute and adjust machines and equipment in accordance with the operation program; * Cut, drill, and mill parts on designated machines; * Select production cards based on priorities; * Prepare materials for use on production lines and machinery; * Define production priorities for products. * Control part quality according to technical drawings; * Transport materials for production; * Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Maintain machines in good working condition; * Identify root causes of production issues and propose improvement actions; * Observe and comply with technical, administrative, management, safety, and environmental regulations; * Actively participate in programs improving products, processes, services, and the environment; * Actively participate in programs improving management and the quality system; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related duties within your area of expertise as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school. **Additional Information:** On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Profit-sharing and results-based bonus paid semiannually Group life insurance Partnerships with educational institutions, pharmacies, gyms, and local businesses Internal parking for motorcycles and bicycles Employees’ association And much more!
