This position is ideal for professionals with logistics experience and strong organizational skills who are comfortable interacting with demanding customers, maintaining empathetic communication, and ensuring an agile, efficient, and high-quality workflow. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact customers to receive and organize requests related to assistance, scheduling, and installation. * Record and organize requests in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems. * Gather information from the factory and relay it to the logistics manager. * Forward requests for approval, decision-making, or scheduling. * Accurately prioritize deliveries and customer service tasks based on urgency and customer needs. * Assist with delivery route planning when required. * Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with customers and internal teams. * Understand regional geography to optimize delivery planning. * Provide direct administrative and operational support to the logistics manager. **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics or similar administrative roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. * Empathy and a courteous demeanor, even when handling demanding customer requests. * Proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools. * Familiarity with the geography of the Greater Florianópolis region for route planning. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **delivery route planning**. * Ability to efficiently organize same-day deliveries. **Benefits (CLT)** * Meal allowance or food voucher: **BRL 23.00 per business day** (CAJU card) – payroll deduction of BRL 3.85. * Life insurance. * Daily coffee and fruit. * Clincard: a card offering discounts on medical consultations (**no monthly fee**). **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:12 PM – 5:15 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:12 PM – 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 2,500.00 – BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance
