Responsible for the following outcomes. * Assist in hot and cold kitchen operations; * Assist in food preparation according to the day's schedule; * Maintain and preserve equipment and materials used; * Check food expiration dates; * Maintain hygiene of the workplace, equipment, and utensils; * Perform food pre-preparation. * Begin breakfast assembly. * Completed elementary education; basic culinary knowledge.
