Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-preserved environment by performing general cleaning, gardening, garbage collection, and material replenishment. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring quality of materials and organization Job Mission: Maintain a clean and well-preserved environment. Job Responsibilities: Clean windows, furniture, equipment, and facilities in general using appropriate cleaning materials; Water gardens and potted plants; Collect garbage from all company areas and perform final disposal of materials properly; Ensure preservation and quality of used materials; Use gloves and specific cleaning materials for restrooms, garbage collection, offices, and kitchen; Check expiration dates of hygiene, cleaning, and kitchen supplies, requesting procurement of items whenever necessary; Replenish commonly used materials; Prepare coffee and serve it in designated locations; Clean and maintain water filter supplies; Perform related tasks. Education: Incomplete elementary school. Behavioral Competencies: Organization; Courtesy; Proactivity; Agility Technical Competencies: Basic knowledge of cleaning and organization Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM — 1-hour break.
