Job Summary: Professional responsible for active contact with students, mediation of requests, student support, and assistance in institutional activities. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in meetings and training sessions Job Responsibilities: \- Proactively contact students to provide solutions (via phone, WhatsApp); \- Update systems, spreadsheets, and institutional performance indicators; \- Mediate and route student requests to the appropriate departments (e.g., coordination, tutoring); \- Provide support to students and institutional staff; \- Provide support via WhatsApp and telephone; \- Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and programs; \- Assist with web-related tasks upon request; \- Report discrepancies and uncertainties to the manager; \- Support end-of-month/term operations at the campus; \- Process student enrollments; **Requirements and Competencies:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Management Processes, or related fields. \- Proactivity, strong communication skills, responsibility, determination, and organizational ability. \- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools \- Experience working with spreadsheets and computer applications; \- Experience in customer service; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:48 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Work Location: Santo Amaro da Imperatriz \- Must reside in the Santo Amaro region; Benefits: Meal allowance/food voucher (no deductions), transportation allowance (6% deduction), health and dental insurance, life insurance, birthday leave, anniversary leave, and 70% tuition discount for studies (available after 3 months); On-site cafeteria; Fadesc Well-being Program; Uniform and identification badge required.
