**REWINDER OPERATOR POSITION** **About Perfil** With over 23 years in the market, Perfil is a consulting firm specialized in optimizing and automating graphic processes. We are a benchmark in the industry for excellence in color control services, always focused on delivering results for our clients. **Area of operation:** Production **Location:** Palhoça/SC (Pedra Branca neighborhood) **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM\) **Work model:** On-site **Main responsibilities** * **Operation and adjustments:** Prepare, load, and operate the rewinder machine (adjusting speed, roller tension, and cutting blades); * **Process control:** Monitor production to correct defects and ensure correct coil dimensions, weight, and diameter; * **Quality assurance:** Perform visual inspection of materials to identify defects and ensure compliance with required standards; * **Recordkeeping and inventory:** Complete production reports, record material usage, and manage input inventory (cores, films, labels); * **Organization:** Maintain cleanliness of the machine and workplace, and support preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating rewinder machines is a plus; * Essential competencies: Organization, commitment, proactivity, quality orientation, and strong attention to detail. **Compensation and benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.700,00 * Meal voucher: R$ 30,00 per business day * Transportation allowance * Gympass (corporate fitness benefit) * Day Off (in your birth month) * Cartão de Todos (discounts on medical consultations and exams) Are you detail-oriented, quality-focused, and eager to join a company that is a market leader in the graphic industry?
