We focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, serving major clients such as government agencies, shopping malls, and commercial developments, always upholding technical, administrative, and commercial integrity. **What Will You Do?** Install HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust); Assemble equipment and infrastructure (pipelines, supports, ducts, etc.); Conduct operational tests and adjustments on installed systems; Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; Follow technical and safety standards during all activities; Complete technical reports and installation records; Work on-site across various construction projects and client locations. **We’d Love It If You Have the Following Qualifications:** Experience installing HVAC systems or related fields; Basic knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration; Completed high school education; Availability for on-site work; Availability for occasional travel; Commitment to safety and quality; Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; Driver’s license category B. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** Technical course in Refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields; Experience with large-scale systems (VRF, Chiller, Ducted Split, etc.); Valid NR10 and/or NR35 certifications; Driver’s license category B **Location:** The company is located in **Palhoça/SC, Pedra Branca neighborhood**, operating both internally (at the office) and **on-site**, depending on active projects. **What Are My Working Hours?** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** and from **1:00 PM to 6:00 PM**. **Salary:** **Base salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Hazard pay:** additional R$ 594,00 **Benefits:** **Meal allowance:** R$ 400,00 (average per month) **Transportation assistance**, offered in one of the following forms, depending on the case: Transportation voucher Company-provided transportation, depending on the employee’s residence location **Fuel allowance**, per internal policy Opportunity for learning and growth in the HVAC field Organized workplace focused on safety **Does this opportunity match your profile?
