We focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, serving major clients such as government agencies, shopping malls, and commercial developments—always upholding technical, administrative, and commercial integrity. **What Will You Do?** Assemble and install air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust ducts; Perform cutting, bending, and adjustments on metal sheets; Install supports and fixings according to project specifications; Assist in assembling infrastructure for air conditioning systems; Work at heights when required; Follow safety regulations and proper use of PPE; Support the technical team with on-site project demands. **We’d Love It If You Have the Following Qualifications:** Experience as a duct fitter or in duct assembly; Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings is a plus; Completed elementary or high school education; Availability for fieldwork; **Occasional travel availability;** Committed, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills; Driver’s License Category B. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** Experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems; NR-35 certification (work at heights); **Location:** The company is located in **Pedra Branca neighborhood, Palhoça/SC**, and operates both internally (at the office) and **on-site**, depending on active projects. **What Are My Working Hours?** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** and from **1:00 PM to 6:00 PM**. **Salary:** **Base Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Hazard Pay:** R$ 594,00 additional **Benefits:** **Meal Allowance:** R$ 400,00 (average per month) **Transportation Assistance**, offered in the following modalities depending on the employee’s residence location: Transportation Voucher Company-provided transportation **Fuel Assistance**, per internal policy Opportunity for learning and growth in the air conditioning field Organized work environment focused on safety **Does this opportunity match your profile?
