**What will you do?**
Strategically engage in talent attraction, retention, and development, including leadership profile identification and succession planning.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes—from profile alignment to final selection.
Identify training and development needs and design related programs.
Strengthen and sustain organizational culture by engaging leaders and teams.
Implement and monitor performance evaluation and goal-setting processes.
Develop, track, and analyze HR management metrics.
Support job classification, compensation, and career path planning.
Manage internal communication and endomarketing initiatives.
Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions.
Participate in occupational health and safety policies and programs.
**We’d love it if you have the following qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Prior experience in generalist Human Resources Management, with exposure to development, culture, recruitment & selection, and HR metrics.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, competency-based interviews, and profile mapping.
Experience in training and development, career planning, and performance evaluation.
Ability to analyze data, create metrics, and support decisions with strategic insights.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to lead meetings and alignment sessions with leaders.
Familiarity with job evaluation and compensation, organizational culture, and endomarketing (a plus).
Proactivity, systemic thinking, and focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency with HR management tools and platforms.
**Location:**
São José/SC
**What are my working hours?**
From **Monday to Thursday**, **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, and **Friday**, **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.
