Opportunity to build a solid career A law firm with 22 years of experience, specializing in Real Estate Law, is seeking a professional to join its Legal Department, with emphasis on technical support for Real Estate Law proceedings and related areas, particularly property regularization. We seek someone with prior experience in law firms or notary offices, who is organized, committed, analytically minded, and interested in developing technical expertise in real estate matters, strategically supporting legal proceedings, and building a solid career within the firm. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist attorneys in drafting procedural documents, such as initial petitions, statements of defense, legal submissions, and other legal documents; * Monitor judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements; * Conduct research and organize information and documents required to support legal proceedings; * Assist in analyzing real estate documents, including registry records, deeds, certificates, and contracts; * Support analysis of title chains and identification of documentary inconsistencies; * Fulfill requirements from notary offices and competent authorities in real estate regularization proceedings; * Maintain control and update internal systems and procedural workflows; * Contact clients to request documents and align information; * Support overall organization of legal department cases and demands. **Requirements** * Prior experience in the legal field, particularly in procedural routines (especially judicial); * Experience drafting legal documents (petitions, statements of defense, submissions); * Basic knowledge of Real Estate Law, Registry Law, or Notarial Law; * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Law; * Availability for in-person work in Palhoça during business hours. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with real estate regularization proceedings (adverse possession, area correction, subdivision, etc.); * Familiarity with real estate document analysis and title chain analysis; * Experience in Notary Offices or Real Estate Registry Offices will be considered highly relevant.
