We are looking for an organized, communicative, and committed professional to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Assist tenants and property owners throughout the entire property vacancy process; * Guide clients on procedures, required documents, and deadlines related to contract termination; * Receive and monitor vacancy requests; * Schedule exit inspections and track the progress of related processes; * Act as intermediary between clients, inspectors, and other company departments; * Monitor pending items until vacancy completion; * Update internal systems and records; * Deliver humanized, agile, and efficient service. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Prior customer service experience is a plus.
