Visual access control for people and vehicles ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a CCTV Operator to monitor images and support site security. Responsibilities: Monitoring of security cameras (CCTV); Identification of suspicious situations and incident logging; Communication with security team/reception as needed; Visual access control (entry and exit of people and vehicles); Completion of reports and incident records. * Shift Schedule: (adjust according to your job — e.g.) 12x36 shift schedule Day/night shift (as required) ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Requirements: Completed high school education; Experience in CCTV monitoring (preferred); Basic computer literacy; Attention to detail, responsibility, and professional demeanor; Flexibility in working hours. Preferred Qualifications: CCTV or asset security training; Experience in condominiums or corporate environments. ### **BENEFITS** Base salary: R$ 1\.962,20 Attendance bonus (7%): R$ 143,35 Gross total: R$ 2\.105,55 Benefits: ️ Meal allowance: R$ 35,62 per day (with 20% deduction) After probation period: \+ R$ 500,00 added to meal allowance Transportation allowance or fuel allowance: R$ 10,00 per day; Deduction: 6% ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
