Job Summary: We are seeking an apprentice to work in the IT department, supporting operational and administrative routines, with emphasis on proactivity and interest in technology and infrastructure. We seek an **APPRENTICE** to join our **IT** department, assisting in the department’s operational and administrative routines. We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with strong interest in the technology and infrastructure fields. **Responsibilities:** * **User Support:** First-level technical assistance (Help Desk), incident ticket creation, and basic office software support. * **Asset Management:** Organization and control of peripheral inventory (mice, keyboards, cables) and hardware inventory (computers and monitors). * **IT Administrative Routines:** Updating control spreadsheets, registering users in internal systems, and organizing departmental technical documentation. * **Logistical Support:** Assisting in receiving and verifying technology equipment purchased by the company. **What You Bring:** Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.). Fundamentals of programming logic. Basic English for technical reading.
