




We are seeking a Connectivity Operations Specialist to act as the **customer connectivity operations focal point**, ensuring delivery, governance, and support of contracted services (links and associated contracts). This professional will be responsible for managing activation, deactivation, and scope change workflows, ensuring **standardization, traceability, SLA compliance, and efficient communication** with carriers, internal teams, and customer stakeholders. **Work model:** 100% on-site in **Belo Horizonte /MG** **Key responsibilities** * Serve as the primary interface between the customer, carriers, and internal teams. * Lead meetings, document decisions, risks, and action plans. * Develop and present executive SLA, availability, and performance reports. * Execute and monitor connectivity contract activation, deactivation, and modification workflows. * Maintain an updated inventory of links and contracts, including history and evidence. * Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identifying deviations and proposing improvements. * Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation.
