Job Summary: An HR professional to manage vacation procedures, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping, providing support to employees and managers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in HR department routines and timekeeping systems. 2. Knowledge of labor legislation and calculations is essential. 3. Handling vacation processes, payroll, and benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process employee vacations; Provision payroll accounting entries; Input and verify payroll information; Issue and monitor life insurance reports; Manage benefits processes and consigned margin; Monitor and adjust employee time records; Complete and issue employment contracts and other related documents; Support employees and managers. REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Practical experience in HR department routines, timekeeping systems, and benefits administration; Essential knowledge of labor legislation and calculations (practical test will be conducted); DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Updated training courses in labor legislation; Undergraduate degree in progress (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields).
