Job Summary: The Planning Assistant supports planning and control routines, organizes processes, monitors key performance indicators, and provides support to departments. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and strong interpersonal communication We are seeking a **Planning Assistant** to support planning and control routines, contributing to process organization, indicator monitoring, and departmental support. Main Responsibilities: * Support the development and monitoring of schedules and action plans; * Perform control and updating of spreadsheets and tracking systems; * Assist in analyzing data and performance indicators; * Support organizing information for managerial reports; * Assist operational departments in meeting deadlines and established goals; * Help manage requests and prioritize tasks. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Management Processes, or related fields is preferred, either in progress or completed); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in planning, control, or administrative support functions; * Familiarity with management systems or BI tools.
