A software company based in Criciúma, focused on the Automobile Resale segment. We are looking for a person to join our **Customer Technical Support** team, with a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and interest in technology and customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Providing telephone and ticket-based technical support to customers; * Clarifying doubts, diagnosing and resolving issues; * Conducting system training sessions for customers; * Assisting customers in using platform tools. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with technology and systems; * Organized, proactive profile with good interpersonal skills; * Logical and analytical reasoning; * Experience in customer service; * Experience in telephone-based technical support; * Must reside in Criciúma or nearby areas. **Advantages:** * Experience in administrative, accounting, or finance areas; * ERP knowledge; * Knowledge of Finance, Sales, and Tax departments (NF\-e / NFS\-e); * Familiarity with Google Meet and Google Calendar. **Desired Profile:** We seek a committed individual with quick learning ability, emotional intelligence, and a strong focus on customer service.
