Nothing beats delighting and connecting\-with people, acting as an integrator and always prioritizing care—for yourself and others. #### **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s technological resources and systems—including equipment, networks, infrastructure, and other internal or external components—to ensure necessary availability for seamless business operations, introduce market innovations and best practices, and preserve data and information integrity and security. 1\. Execute routine tasks within your area of expertise and support defining procedures for their execution, monitoring information and experiences. 2\. Support system development, customization, and improvement through business analysis and testing for validation. 3\. Participate in projects by developing, customizing, and adjusting systems and processes according to the defined scope. 4\. Ensure technological resource availability by scheduling and performing corrective and preventive maintenance on systems. 5\. Monitor project development alongside users, consultants, and third parties, providing required data and information to meet demand. 6\. Develop test plans and oversee integrated testing with clients. 7\. Gather information from clients and managers to define processes used in system and application development, aiming for optimal interpretation by solution providers. 8\. Prepare documentation required for system and application development—including data dictionaries, system manuals, and technical reports. 9\. Monitor identification and resolution of technological issues and deviations, performing preliminary analyses per established procedures and guidelines. 10\. Participate in implementing and maintaining IT governance solutions/tools, as well as incident and problem management tools. 11\. Travel to support other units and attend training/knowledge transfer sessions. 12\. Respond to user tickets to assess hardware and software issues, identifying type (incident or request), category, priority, and following the proper handling sequence. 13\. Collaborate with vendors to ensure resolution of incidents and problems, and delivery of improvements. 14\.
