Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Monitoring and providing technical support for post-sales contracts and performing Level 1 troubleshooting to resolve assigned incidents; Logging actions in the system and tracking anomaly tickets end-to-end, proactively creating records, documenting failures in the solution to maintain a knowledge base for Zoom Holding’s knowledge management; Using system and network asset management tools to monitor, maintain operational environments, and address anomalies by detecting and prioritizing responses according to incoming demand; Collaborating with other Zoom Holding departments, engaging third-party service providers when necessary, managing the entire service workflow, directly coordinating with assigned analysts to facilitate their work and providing all required tools for incident resolution. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, network architecture, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
