* Professional area and specialization: Information Technology, IT, Telecommunications - IT * Hierarchical level: Technician * Work location: Florianópolis, SC * Employment regime: Permanent - CLT * Working hours: Full-time * Work model: On-site * * Job responsibilities: * Administer the technological infrastructure; * Implement and/or maintain company-established policies, standards, and procedures; * Provide user support; * Configure and manage access levels to operating systems, infrastructure, and other technological services; * Install and configure operating systems and applications required for users' activities; * Configure and maintain domain servers, firewalls, and other necessary servers to ensure security, access control, and service availability required for company operations; * Manage security options and software on devices and networks to ensure privacy and information protection; * Provide technical support for equipment, software, internet, and other information technology resources; * Configure, maintain, and repair technological devices; * Install and uninstall audiovisual tools such as microphones, projectors, etc.; * Issue technical opinions in equipment procurement processes; * Perform other tasks compatible with the requirements of the position; * Control and monitor software licenses; * Identify and plan improvements to the technological infrastructure. * Competencies and skills: * Planning, organizational, and preventive capabilities in the workplace; * Professional interpersonal skills - soft skills; * Technical knowledge in Information Technology - hard skills; * Team spirit; * Analytical thinking; * Communication. * Requirements: * Minimum education: Information Technology Technician; * Proven experience in the responsibilities listed above; Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
