Register, classify, and prioritize incidents and service requests in the ITSM. Perform initial diagnosis and resolve simple connectivity, network, and login issues. Provide basic support for operating systems and corporate applications. Escalate tickets to N2 and N3 with appropriate documentation. Monitor tickets and update the knowledge base.
