Ready for a career that yields more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and assign field technician workloads, monitor and support them during customer visits. * Receive, manage inventory, and conduct stocktaking. * Support sorting of readers and reverse logistics. * Assist field technicians with administrative organization and task execution. * Manage and update service records and technical reports. * Coordinate scheduling of technical visits and equipment logistics. * Serve as the liaison between field teams and headquarters. * Help resolve issues and communicate with customers. * Act as backup for field activities, performing on-site technical visits and support when needed. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience in route planning. * Strong customer service and control management skills. **Additional information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Prior experience in administrative or technical support roles. * Organizational and time management skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
