Job Summary: We are seeking an operational specialist for development and infrastructure automation and integration, working in hybrid environments to ensure continuous delivery, reliability, and security. Focus on continuous delivery, security, and efficiency Role Mission: We seek a professional to serve as an operational specialist in development and infrastructure automation and integration. Your primary objective will be to operate, automate, and sustain hybrid environments (On\-Premise and Cloud), ensuring continuous delivery, reliability, security by design, and efficiency in deployment workflows. Key Responsibilities: * Orchestration and Containers: Administer Kubernetes clusters (K8s, K3s) and orchestration platforms such as Rancher, ensuring high availability and scalability. * CI/CD and Automation: Configure and enhance CI/CD pipelines (with emphasis on GitLab CI), ensuring reliable and auditable deployment workflows. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain IaC using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring environment standardization and traceability. * Incidents: Respond to incidents and mitigate impacts, focusing on rapid service recovery (MTTR). Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): * Experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, EKS, S3, RDS). * Solid experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu or RHEL/CentOS). * Proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s/K3s), Docker, and Rancher. * Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Ansible). * Proficiency in CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab CI. * Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Ingress/Nginx) and certificate management.
