Continuous improvement of quality processes **About the Challenge:** Ensure the quality of the company's products and solutions through planning, execution, and evolution of software testing. This role involves identifying defects, validating requirements, and promoting continuous process improvements to ensure consistent deliveries and system reliability for customers. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute software tests, defining methodologies according to scope, environments, and capacity; * Install, configure, and maintain test environments, validating technical documentation; * Design and execute test cases, identifying, logging, and validating defects and inconsistencies; * Generate reports on test execution and completion of test and acceptance cycles; * Evaluate product quality based on tests and incidents reported by customers; * Contribute to requirement analysis, identifying potential issues for development; * Suggest improvements to systems and quality processes; * Support the development team in reproducing and analyzing bugs; * Provide technical feedback on test results to teams and managers; * Support the establishment and evolution of test automation; * Drive continuous improvement of software quality processes. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree or technology-focused undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience with manual black-box and gray-box software testing; * Knowledge of test case design and requirement validation; * Familiarity with test environments and incident analysis; * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and computing; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with test automation; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Familiarity with test and bug management tools; * Experience in quality analysis within production environments; * Performance and load testing; * Security testing and general software security concepts. **Work Schedule and Location:** On-site work at Dígitro's headquarters, located in the Capoeiras neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC. 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\.
